About  T’ai Chi Chuan

T’ai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese exercise that promotes total health and wellbeing: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

A ‘round’ of T’ai Chi takes only 7-10 minutes.  No special equipment or clothing is required.

2 Opportunities: Mondays

TIME: 7-8pm. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before to register.

Fridays: 12.00-1.00pm Enrolling takes place Sat 7th-11th Sept.

Classes commence Friday 27th Sept.
