History of T’ai Chi Chuan

Over 5 thousand years old, The Yang Style Short Form of T’ai Chi Chuan was brought to the West by the Late Great Grandmaster Cheng Man Ch’ing.  He was a master of the Five Excellences: painting, poetry, calligraphy, medicine and T’ai Chi.  

Among his patients Master Cheng said that “those who practiced T’ai Chi were the healthiest - without cancer or heart attacks, and they were living longer”

The sequence of moves is taught step-by-step starting with the Beginning level 1.  Each class includes indications, demonstrations, practice and hands-on help with positions and moves.
